Individual Coaching Sessions

One free 2-hour coaching session to determine whether or not we are compatible. No pressure applied as both coach and coachee should feel strongly that this is a fit. I have several other coaches who do excellent work that I can offer to leaders who don’t feel like we are a fit.

Coaching sessions revolve around whatever the leader would like to accomplish. We engage in business strategy sessions, individual leadership development sessions, or help to improve any aspect of your life that you want to focus on. I rely on proven performance techniques and tools that help individuals to stay focused on what matters most. Individual Coaching is priced at 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year contracts. Group Discounts are available for companies who engage me with 6 or more leaders. 

360 assessment available outside of individual coaching. A 360 can provide a leader with an excellent baseline of how his/her team perceives their capabilities as a leader. We use that information to focus on a leader’s strengths so we can build them up in the space they are best suited to thrive and achieve.  These are busy and intensive projects that involve many interviews, gathering of data, and then coaching after the information is gathered for 6 months. Then we do another 360 to determine how much the leader has improved at the end of the period. 360’s require a 6 month individual coaching contract before we can initiate this process.
